NEED SOME ADVICE TO AVOID COMPLICATIONS

hi em currently in USA on H1B and want to get info. on Canada immigration.
I want to file for skilled worker only for me, once i get approved i will go back to us and finish my current contract job which will be over in 1-2 years.
IF i am a permanent resident and i have not stayed in canada for past 2 yrs after getting my PR, now i want to move to canada and i want to file for my spouse and my child how long will it take and do i have to stay in canada or i can stay in USA and we all can come together to canada once they get their visas.
please porvide me with the info as em willing to do so.

1) You must live in Canada 2 out of every 5 years to maintain PR status.

2) While you are a PR, you are not allowed to sponsor your spouse and child while living outside of the country. You must be living in Canada when you submit their sponsorship application and must continue to live in Canada while their application is being processed. So to answer your question - no, you will not be able to stay in the USA, sponsor them and then all come to Canada once they get their visas. You will have to move to Canada first.

SO IT WOULD BE BETTER TO FILE FOR EVERY1 AT ONCE AND GET THERE TOGETHER.
I HAVE 5+YRS EXP IN IT FIELD AND HAD 2YRS OF EXP AS STORE MGR
AND EM LOOKING TO FILE FOR SKILLED WORKER FSW THEY HAVE 500 CAPS OPEN UNDER TAT CATEGORY EVERY YEAR IS THAT TRUE??
AS IT SEEMS LIKE I SHOULD FILE IN 2YRS AS MY CURRENT JOB CONTRACT WILL BE DONE BY THAN SO I CAN MOVE WITH THE FAMILY TO CANADA. PLEASE SHARE WAT ARE BEST POSSIBLE WAYS TO FILE UNDER SKILLED WORKER .

IF HAVE INFO. NORMALLY HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SPONSOR MY SPOUSE AND CHILD UNDER AGE OF 12( HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO LIVE WITHOUT MY FAMILY) SO THEY CAN COME TO CANADA.
