Hello, I've never done this before

I've just returned from Canada , i was there for 10 days, I went over to find work, I have 3 job offers on paper, I really want to get back as soon as possible.
I'm filling in the forms I printed off from unitedkingdom.gc.ca as a skilled worker.
Sending off for my police forms.

Does anyone know if I need to do a English test ??
Is there anything thing I can do to get over to Canada quicker ??

Considering that you have job offers, I think you can go back to canada on WP and after that apply for PR. there r certain rules to get the WP.
