Need some advice my friend had her app ready to go under 3012 but we just got news of the cap. She has worked as a graduate nurse and assessment nurse. Can she still apply under 3233. She has done all the duties under that NOC and more. She's more qualified to be a registered nurse than a licensed practical nurse. Isn't a registered nurse senior to a licensed practical nurse?
