Hello,
I recently received an ITA. I have been working in a skilled job since Oct 2013.
Details of hours worked every week given below:
Oct 2013-Dec 2013: 37.5
Jan 2014-april 2014: 25. Took some time off to pursue a professional designation
Took a 2 week unpaid leave in 2014.
since then I have worked 37.5 hours every week.
It gets interesting here. Both me and my employer forgot about the time where I worked less than 30 hours and I have a reference letter which states hours worked 37.5. I was awarded points for 2 years work experience under EE.
The only reason I found this out was when I looked at my Roe from service Canada which had 1748 hours instead of 1950 during the last 27 pay periods preceding march 2015.
Do I have 2 years of experience??
As I understand cic only looks at reference letters, Noa and t4 to verify work experience. Would you recommend declining this invitation or disclose the situation to cic
Responses will be highly appreciated.
Thanks
