Need Some advice for SOP

Initially i started my application as transfer credit student but after getting conditional admission, my previous course didn't qualify for transfer of credits thus my credits weren't transferred. Now i am going to start in first year of an undergraduate program which is BSC Honours(4years) Computer Science. My last qualification is 2 years bachelor diploma in Computing.
I am very concerned about SOP and what to mention because i already have done two years bachelor in computing.
P.S I am accepted to University of Saskatchewan for May 2014 intake.

Any Help would be appreciated. Please advice me

For the sake of plagiarism, no one will write your SOP for you as that would automatically cancel you from receiving a visa.

I ain't looking for plagiarism. I mean what reasons should i give to convince VO that why i am going to start bachelor degree again as i already have two years bachelor diploma.

@ Sharjeel There were two conditions on my letter. 1) First to provide Course Descriptions 2) Final official transcripts. I provided both of them.

You also have to provide VO with some logic why you need that education (because of your job? Growing career?) and why in Canada and not at home or Europe/Australia, for example.

then get the new LOA unconditional, its fine if u have done two year diploma after 12th grade, u can go for undergraduate degree I dont see any problem with that,,
