I want to process PR through PNP program. I am in INDIA now. I do not have any job offer from Canada. I am a software engineer having 4+ years of experience. Please let me know if I am eligible or not?

Given the relatively unstable and conservative immigration framework we're observing nowadays, I'd advise you come to Canada as a temporary foreign worker through a work permit after getting some job anywhere in Canada. Thereafter, you could look into more options for residency. Note that the Canadian government is testing foreign workers, in a sense, and whoever succeeds at our market gets on to the next level. A a side note, consider the territories as well, in particular Yellowknife -- I know they're seeking analytic skills there now...
