Hi,

Since June 2017, we know each other. I'm in the USA and my wife is in Canada. We visited each other during that period. Finally, we got married on March 11th, 2018. After marriage, we stayed together until 17th March 2018. Then I left for the USA and my wife returned to Canada.
I went to Canada on Visitor status and started living together from April 2018.

For IMM 5532 Part C question 3 : Are you living together? Ans : Yes

For question 4 : If you are not living together? Have you visited each other during relationship?

I answered the question by providing the reason for not living together from 18th March 2018 to 19th April 2018.

Is that answer, right?

Or Do I have to provide the proofs of visits before marriage?

Question 3: Are you living together? : "Yes"

Question 4: If you are not living together? Have you visited each other during relationship?.....If no, explain why not....

Question 4 is a follow-up to Question 3, and since you answered "YES" to Question 3, you don't have to answer Question 4 because you are currently living together.

Although not mandatory or required since you are living together........will advice that you provide a letter of explanation in a separate sheet with brief details of visits between you and your spouse before marriage and after marriage before you started living together........and the provide any available airline tickets, boarding passes, etc as supporting documents.

Its very important that you provide supporting documents required in the Checklist....Part B...Proof of Relationship to Sponsor......Are you and your spouse currently living together.....Yes....section.

It should be fine, If you are living together after your marriage now. However if you want to explain more to them you can attach additional letter with your application package.
 
Where do you add the additional sheet to answer a specific question?

Let's say Question 3 & 4 are on page number 3 of a 7 page form.
Should I add
a) an additional sheet after page 3 to answer Question 3 &4? Or
b) add it after page 7?

Small things but option a) looks better as a logical flow. Any views?

After page 7. Simply attach the form and the explanation sheet together with a paperclip, with the sheet being placed after the last page of the form. Make a note on the sheet of the form and question(s) you're answering.
