Any one have idea on where to find details of R80(3) ? As it is given in OP6 page 13 it is given that

" For the purpose of skilled worker application , the " Employment Requirements " listed in the description of each occupation are not applicable ( refer R80(3) ) "

What does it mean... Is that a person holding Bachelor in Arts & having 10 years of exp. as Hotel Manager or Pharmacist can apply ????

Please provide url of R80(3) ?

80. (1) Up to a maximum of 21 points shall be awarded to a skilled worker for full-time work experience, or the full-time equivalent for part-time work experience, within the 10 years preceding the date of their application, as follows:
(a) for one year of work experience, 15 points;
(b) for two years of work experience, 17 points;
(c) for three years of work experience, 19 points; and
(d) for four or more years of work experience, 21 points.

Listed occupation
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), points are awarded for work experience in occupations, other than a restricted occupation, that are listed in Skill Type 0 Management Occupations or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupational Classification matrix.

Occupational experience
(3) For the purposes of subsection (1), a skilled worker is considered to have experience in an occupation, regardless of whether they meet the employment requirements of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification, if they performed
(a) the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification; and
(b) at least a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification, including all the essential duties.

I want to make sure that as i am going to submit my file for Pharmacist 3131. But i have done Diploma in Pharmacy not bachelor in Pharmacy & under NOC 3131 in employment requirement they mentioned Bachelor in Pharmacy . so i am confuse whether CIC will consider my case or not although i have perform the same duties under retail pharmacist .

What is you thought on it ?

Only when applicant have required exp. as per NOC but not full fill employment requirement as given is different NOC .
