i got my PGWP today . i am in toronto. i am going to regina by air on june 8, 2019. do i need TRV ? if yes thn how long it will take to get passport back or may i get TRV by directly visiting to ottawa ?

No - you don't need a TRV.

No - you cannot get a TRV by directly visiting Ottawa.
