Hi

To move in a new country, the very first thing you need to do is thorough research and planning.

Your USA L1 visa is not much of a help in guiding you adequately. Without knowing your brief personal history, family along with personal/professional and financial standings, it's highly unlikely that someone would be able to help you.

Since you want to move business in Canada as well, I would suggest you go through 'Business Immigration' options where they usually have 3 options (Federal Investor is terminated, however Quebec Investor program is still ongoing). I would suggest that you look into Start-up Visa or Self-Employed. Business visas use to take time, however recently they have been processing relatively quicker.

Please be advised that there are more than 60 different Canadian immigration programs you can choose from.
