[Need Info] Provincial Nomination without Job Offer and Connection

Provincial Nomination sometimes creates headache for them who really needs this support to boost their points to get an ITA.

But, frequently, the requirement changed time to time without prior notice. So by the time, we have prepared, but could not apply it anymore.

Could you please inform here in the forum (based on your information), which province/s that always open Provincial Nomination without job requirement or connection?

Saskatchewan’s provincial nomination program has two sub categories that do not require a job offer or a connection to the province.

That being said they are moving to a new Expression of Interest system that will prioritize individuals who have connections to the province. Connections can be in the form of past study in the province or close relatives living there.
