Need info on QSW

Hi Seniors...

I am new to this forum. I am planning for QSW program. Can you let me know how to start the process ? I am in IT field for more than 8 years and Post graduatation in M.C.A (3 years) and B.Sc. in Chemistry. (3 Years).
