Need Info how to apply PR (fam class, spouse sponsorshi) & Open Working Permit

Hi All,

I am new member here, I have got this link from my friend who apply PR thr skilled worker program to Quebec.

My question is, I would like to know how to apply PR together with Open Working Permit:
- whether I put all together those application in the same envelope
- or I send separately

Are you applying Inland or Outland?

If outland, you cannot apply for a work permit

Hi Emmagail,

I will be applying inland. I am living in Quebec, I have been here for 2 years already because I married to Quebecois. All this time I am using visitor visa to live in Quebec and each 6 month I extend my visa. I will be applying inland soon, thats why I look for information how to apply PR together with Open Working Permit..

You must send them both together, when you get AIP, they will issue the OWP.

Make sure you are not late with the extensions, i got picked up by CBSA, issued exclusion order, even though i had submitted the restoration. - can't-be-ex-soon-enough wife rang CIC when we separated, then presuming i would be instantly removed, apparently told my daughters i had died!

Yes, I always extend my visa to stay here on time, 30 days before expire date.
