need info about proof of accommodation in free and can my wife get the visa also on my job offer?

i got a job letter from a company and they demanded proof of accommodation but the guesthouse which they suggested is demanding payment in advance for reservation and the proof of accommodation documents. can anyone suggest me the hotel/guest house who are not demanding the payment in advance.

This sounds like a scam. How did you get this job? What were you offered in terms of salary, flights home, vacation, etc.

They are demanding only proof of accommodation for one month only for applying my residence work permit.All tickets,salay,visa process fee they will pay.
