My husband and I got married in May 2008 we then did all the paper work to make him a resident of Canada went to a immigration consultant did the application file in Aug 2008 it is now 2011 and we are still waiting our file got transferred to Windsor Fed 2009 that't the last we have heard anything on the matter we aren't getting any answers.

Do you mean your consultant is providing nothing or CIC?

At this time he knows as much as we do not getting any answers like i said its been 3 years waiting only letter we have got was the letter saying it was being transferred to the Windsor office that was 2009

Did you apply inland? Do you live in Windsor? Have you gone to the Windsor office to ask about your case? You can also talk to your MP to make enquiries.

No i do not live in Windsor yes we have went in and talk to the Windsor office didn't get anywhere with that.My next step is the MP if the consultant don't get any answers after today.
