Did 3 year diploma from india
Over here 2 year heavy equipment technician program,Got graduate in may 2019. Now should i work in field of education as heavy equipment technician
Or should i work as supervisor or manager at any store to get PR . what should i do ??

It is better to have work experience in your field of study (Heavy equipment technician) according to its NOC, then you'll be able to get point for work experience.
