Need Help

Hi everyone i came here in Canada as a student but my study permit expired in 2017 so i have been living in Canada without no status for about 2 years and i'm really scared now because i have a daughter who turning 2 this year and life is getting harder and harder since i can't even work to provide for her need and i really want to be a part of her life , me and her mother who is Canadian are not good anymore, we still talk and everything but its just not the same since i lost my status . So i was wondering if i could renew my study permit after all this time since i really wanna go back to school or apply for a work permit .
I have a lot more to ask but this is what is stressing me right now and i kinda need some answer and help.

Worth a try, but I reckon as the OP is out of status, they would most likely get rejected for that in my opinion.

You have no way of legalizing your status within Canada. Your only real option is to leave.

You do not need valid status in Canada to apply for PR under spousal sponsorship.

Given the statement "me and her mother who is Canadian are not good anymore, we still talk and everything but its just not the same since i lost my status", spousal sponsorship does not appear to be an option.
