My case is different, right now I am in very bad shape and I need your help or please suggest me some direction.
-So I came to Canada in April 2013 on student Visa I completed 2 years Diploma From Algonquin college Ottawa.
-After that I got Work permit for 3 years, I got the job via Adecco Consultancy in health care company, I was on Adecco pay roll. Meanwhile working I created my PR file with the help of lawyer.
My CRS point are 402 right now, I am giving IELTS to improve my score.
-my work permit expired in October 2017 but in September 2017 I applied for work permit extension and in November 2017 my healthcare company hired me on their payroll. but in Feb 2018 my workpermit got rejected as my employer got changed and Adecco told government that I no longer work with them.
- And now I don’t have Valid work permit and CSR point are also high, So as per my lawyer suggestion I applied for Visitor Visa, so that I have a legal status in Canada. And I got My Visitor Visa until Aug 2018.
-Do I have to quit my Job now, as now I am on Visitor Visa?
- Can I again apply for Work permit extension, as my employer is not ready for LMIA.
- Please suggest me what I can do to stay in Canada without quitting the job.
- If I change my lawyer do I have to create a new express entry profile?
