Hello, I am newly immigrant to Canada. My wife sponsored me, but now she wants to divorce me due to some of my mistakes. It is not a conditional PR, if she divorces me is it gonna effect on my PR status. If we gets divorce, and I or she gets marry someone in India. Does I or she have to wait for 2 to 3 years to sponsor her?

If you don't have conditional PR - then you should have no issues keeping your PR status.

As for sponsoring a new wife, you will have to wait 5 years from the time you landed and became a PR before you can apply to sponsor someone.

someone told me, if she wants divorce from me. Then she cannot sponsor someone from India for next 5 years but I can sponsor ......because i do not want divorce, she wants to have divorce

I am wondering that if it is not conditional PR then y does i have to wait for next 5 years

She cannot sponsor someone else for 3 years after you landed since she signed an agreement to be financially responsible for you for three years after landing as part of the PR application process.

You cannot sponsor someone for 5 years because of this:

Whoever told you that you will be able to sponsor someone else right away doesn't understand Canada's immigration laws and you shouldn't be listening to them for advice.

It doesn't matter if your PR is conditional or not - you still have to wait five years.

Further to what Scylla said, it doesn't matter who wants the divorce, the rules are the rules.
