So i am eligible or not to do study in canada in any university for Master Degree?

of course are eligible for applying to masters in university. They will look at your b.tech percentage not 12th. In fact they didnt even ask for 12th and 10th marksheets. Dont worry

Unfortunately man, deadlines for most of universities is over. Apply for JAN 2016. Are u done with ielts, if yes then u may have chance in some university like university of Ottawa whose deadline is 31 march.

He can apply for fall 2015 (September session). There is plenty of time for him to apply to some universities. I just checked windsor university deadlines, he can apply for September session and May 1 is the deadline. I am sure there are other universities as well, where deadline is not over yet.

Ok . It's impossible for me apply in September 2015 intake because result of 8 sem b.tech comes june last week or July first two weeks. no time to apply :'(.

Did you even read whole sentence or not. I have especially mentioned that if u r done with your ielts u can apply in some universities. I have mentioned that name of u of Ottawa also. So, before replying read and understand what's being said.

Sorry if you got offended of me trying to give more information or adding some information to your reply. I only replied cause you said "Apply for JAN 2016" and I tried to encourage him to apply for earlier session. Again, I am sorry if you are thinking I gave wrong information. But didn't u read that his ielts exam is in June. So, tell me how he is going to apply for fall session. Moreover, deadlines for most of the good universities end in Feb or march. I am not offended or nothing, I am just saying.

We are calm, it is good to have some heated discussions. Good luck for admission and try to do it as soon as you can. You never know when the immigration rules gonna change. A friend of mine is a professor in the uni where EVIL007 is going to study. He told me once that start the application and send the additional docs later. My 2 cents to the discussion.
