need help

In the filling the application form, for example i If it is asked to fill from particular month to particular month ( regarding occupation or address) . If the date is current what do we need to mention. Is it particular date to current month of application or it or do i say continuing or something of that sort

I did what Canary suggested, which is to current date, which is the date, i sign the form. I used lots of other sheets of paper, so i also explained, that these were current jobs or current residence, etc.
