im studying x ray and my sister is a social worker with an experince for 8 years and we realy would like to immigrate to canada as workers ...

do we have to have 10 years experince?


i really need help this is my dream sine i was 12 years old plz tell me what should i do to go and immigrant to canada

You don't need to have 10 yr of experience but experience should be not more than 10 years old.
If you qualify, you can apply with at least 1 year full time experience.

but what if i dont have 1 year experince but i had my training in well known hospital?
can we get only work visa for four years or five?
what if we have offer for a jop is it easy to be immigrant without experince if you have offer?

Well you need work experience. And a Job offer is difficult to get even with work experience, let alone a fresher with no experience.

but you know im an important professional dont you think that there are few hospitals would accept me without experince? is there any chance to have an offer ? which city is best to search for a job for xray tech and social worker?

and if my sister passed to be immegrnant can i be immegrant with her??

and how many years they give you for work visa? and can i renew it inside canada?

I think it will be very difficult for you to get a job offer.

For you to get a work permit, the employer needs to get an approved Labour Market Opinion (LMO). To be approved for an LMO, the employer will have to prove that they advertised the job and could not find a Canadian to hire for the position and for this reason have to hire you. Since you have no experience, it's going to be pretty difficult for the employer to prove they couldn't find a Canadian with the same experience. You can certainly try, but expect it to be very challenging.
