Need help with WES PTU from Australia asap

Hi all,
I am in Australia and i am going to do WES for B.Tech PTU 2015 and Masters from Deakin Uni Australia. I am doing research on how to do it all by yourself (without agents), as all the agents i finalised to get help from dont seem to be trustworthy, based on their reviews on Quora. I have created WES account and i have problem understanding a few things, which i need help from you guys:

1. In the youtube videos or tutorials, they say that you have to go to your college for attesting the Academic Records Request Form. I am in Aus, how can i do that??

2. Do i only need to send the DMC's through PTU and degree by myself? Or i can get both sent through PTU?

3. In PTU support portal/home page, what do i need to do - Transcript & Attestation of All DMC’s and Degree with Academic request Form (s) ?

4. Also, through this forum, can i get someone to help me with all the process personally (will be paid) I dont know we can do this sort of thing here or not, (so please no negative comments on this)? Someone who knows everything and can help me step by step instead of going to agent. ?

Please help me with these questions.

PTU has got the most simplified procedure as far as WES evaluation is concerned. You can do each and everything sitting at your house and there is no need to pay anyone.Due to Covid, I guess PTU maybe closed but still you can complete the application and wait for PTU to do processing.
The procedure goes like that:
1. Download wes academic request form from google and fill it
2. Go to Ptu support website and create your profile
3. Under new query apply for Wes evaluation
4. Upload all dmc, degree, identity proof and wes academic request form
5. Pay the online fees of Rs 4100
its done
Ptu will itself courier the documents to wes .You will also get reference number for courier tracking in email and sms.
Thats the whole procedure .You dont need to visit PTU at all or send any document urself. Everthing such as degree, DMC and transcripts will be sent to WES by PTU.

1. I have a score of only 450. Should i be expecting anything positive? Or i don't stand anywhere. I see that latest rounds are of 460 plus.
2. Do we have to wait for 1 year for getting sibling PR points ? The agents here told me this thing. Is it true or i can get my brother's points as soon as he gets PR?
3. What is the scope of PNP? (IT)

Will your points become 465 after getting 15 sibling points or it will be 450 after that?
Answers to your question from best of my knowledge are as under though it must not be taken as expert opionion:

1. Currently FSW draws are on hold but once it resumes , it can be expected that cut off might reach 465 but 450 seems highly unlikely as the cut off you currently see is for canadian skilled class not federal skilled worker

2. One doesnt need to wait 1 year for obtaining sibling points. One year condition is for sponsorship. For sibling points, condition is that your sibling must be currently living in Canada, should have PR card, SIN, and proof of residence.

3. PNPs are always hit and trail. You can give it a try but try to keep improving your score either by maximising IELTS if you havent done it yet, or by enhancing your study or learning french if canada is your dream destination.

Will become 465 after sibling points. But he will get PR in around 1 year atleast.
I am really suprised how these agents lack knowledge and misguide with so much of confidence.

What are the options of enhancing study? I am Master's from Australia. Can i go to Canada and study there for 1 year as it will add up points.
Very low chance of getting a study visa for a diploma after Master's, i dont want to do PhD.

Well you still have scope for improving by 3 points by getting 8.5 in listening that would take you to 468 points and that score will have a fair chance to get an ITA.

If enhancing study is on your radar, its clear that diploma after masters would not be approved, you have to go for double masters by changing specialisation , like if you currently hold an engineering masters, you can go for MBA or something of that sort.

Nothing really happens actually. Express entry profile is valid for 1 year. If you get an ITA in that period, you proceed with your application. Otherwise, your profile expires and you can create a new one without any hassles.

Hello again
I checked my WES account and the evaluation for Masters is done and i was able to download the equivalency report. I shared my Deakin Uni Masters documents via myeQuals.
However, the document sending process from PTU was also in process, and they have sent the docs just yesterday.
But the evaluation is already done??

I am confused.. What is this ???
