Hi there ...
I'm an International Student, currently enrolled in International College of Manitoba (ICM) - Partner provided with University of Manitoba. Actually I applied for Red River College (RRC) here recently & I got approved, Now the problem is that the semester in RRC is starting in September (2015) & I don't want to take another semester at ICM as it'd cost me extra $ 4000. I wanted to ask if I take withdraw from ICM now & remain free for next 4 months (May, June, July & August), will that be a problem with CIC (Canadian immigration) ???
