need help with (Permanent residency new case created)

I received an email from IRCC today
This email is to notify you that a new permanent residence confirmation case has been created under your IRCC Permanent Residence Portal account.

To view and action this case log into your IRCC Permanent Residence Portal account with your current log-in credentials.

Copy and paste this link into your browser to sign in to the PR Portal: https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login

I know that there opens another portal but i coudnt find any.

Hi, we are on the same situation. I tried to call IRCC and sent an email. How did you figure it out? Did IRCC send you an email with your credentials? Thank you

So turned out that there was a second email account that was made by me so just had to login into that account and found the portal

That’s good. Congratulations. In my situation I don’t know what is my current log in credentials. Should i wait for them to send me the credentials? Thank you
