need HELP with IMM 5562- Paris VO form

Anyone that has gone through paris can you help me out with the "supplementary information" travels.


I, the sponsor, AM the common law partner of the applicant,

1) Do I have to fill out the travel section on question b)

2) I have been living in paris, do I have to include the times I traveled to canada to visit while living here, or just other coutries excluding those of origin and residence?

3) vice versa, my partner used to live in canada, does he have to include his travel to france during the time he lived there.

Section B is for the spouse of the PA - Means you. You have to show your international travels including the trips to Canada.

But does a Canadian sponsor have to fill out the travel form? It's true it says the spouse has to, but I took that to mean "a spouse who is not already a Canadian citizen or PR."

that's what I thought too canadianwoman. It's why I'm a little confused.

Also, At the top it states trips outside your country of origin or residence. So in that case my travels back and forth during the past 2 years Canada-France (country of origin-residence) should not be included??

I have travelled a lot in the past 10 years even before meeting my partner, and seeing as I am Canadian, I don't understand why the Paris VO would need this information.

Either way, will it cause a problem if I fill it out and wasn't supposed to???

If you fill it out and you weren't supposed to, it will not cause any problem.
I really think the sponsor does not have to fill out this form, but I'd like some confirmation from people who have gone through this office.
