I have an Open PGWP that expires on Feb 19, 2021. I am currently filling my IMM5710E form and was confused about what to select under: "I am applying for one or more of the following:" section. The thing is that I was let go from my workplace last year in November and currently without a job. I do not see a single option that'd match my current situation.
If anyone has been in a similar situation, help would be greatly appreciated. I am jotting down the options for the section below:

"Restore my status as a worker."
