Need help with attestation of transcripts from mumbai university

I have passed out of Vivekananda College, Mumbai with BE in 1995. I need to get the transcript attested.

Hence, I have sent my marksheets to Vivekananda college for transcripts. Once I get, I am planning to get it attested from Mumbai University.

Is this the correct process? Once I get my transcripts, should I go to Mumbai University, Kalina campus or Churchgate campus for getting it attested?

Please let me know on this ASAP as I am running out of time and need to send them to WES for evaluation.

I have followed below process for engineering.
1) get 4 sets of photocopies of your marksheet, university certificates, university convocation certificate..
2) Visit Mumbai University (Vidyarthee Vidyapeeth Bhavan, Churchgate). Go to first floor. They will give you form to full up. Fill up form and give them two sets of photocopies . Form fee is 62 rs. They will tell you to come after 30 days. If you want then and there, be ready to shell out few bucks from your pocket. They are leaches on blood pudding.
3) After 30 days they will provide you sealed envelope envelope in which all photocopies of all marksheets, university certificates, university convocation certificate.
4) In parallel you can visit your college. College is supposed to provide you Academic Transcript/Application transcript (Both are same). Every college has different process. In my college, they told me to fill up form and submit two sets of photocopies. They will be providing me Academic Transcript and one set of attested photocopies. Post verification done by me, they will keep it in sealed envelope and stamp it with College stamp
5) Now you will have two sealed envelopes, one is attested photocopies from Mumbai University and second is academic transcript and attested photocopies from College.
6) Write WES reference number on both envelope, put them in big envelope and write down WES reference number and canada mailing address on this BIG envelope comprising of both envelopes. and ship it to destination.
