Need Help with admission process

I am new to this forum.and I don't know much about canada immigration process and Unis admission process..

BEngg Electronics&Telecom 3.21/4.0 graduated in 2012 got Letter for Uni mentioning medium of Instruction is English.
Ielts Expred recently 7.0 (l:7.5 R 7.5 W6 S6)
i am planning to take IELTS again on 28th march .

Looking for MEng ECE ...

any one please tell me the process of admission as I alrdy apply in MINT program of Uni of alberta for screening process..for other unis how to apply do I have to send my docs along courier with 100CAD$? is their any other way the UNi check my docs and then tell me to submit for final decision? cz I will be applyng to 3-4 Unis so I ll be sending 100$ to each or first some surety tht they will grant me admission and the I can submit ...plz explain this point how it works


and what Uni I shall apply for MEng ECE if Spetember Intakes are met I can apply for jan 2016..and which are the cheepest Uni with good chances of admission and PR option...

Most of Universities deadline is finished for funding.. if you want to apply for MEng , still there is admission deadline at Carleton University

Visit university of sasktachewan ! its cheap ! But donot deadline ..google n visit university site u will get every information... You can email to graduate secretary in respective department for ur queries.
