Admission in Meng ECE....Need Help guyzzz

I am looking for admission in Mengg ece for year 2014 and the universities that i am going to apply are :
Univ of saskatchewan
univ of ottawa
carleton Univ
Mcmaster univ
Ryerson univ
Univ of Guelph
My profile till now is ( completion of degree in 2014 june)
Cgpa= 7.3 out of 10 ( Btech ece )
ielts score= 7.5
Now my question is whether Work ex and gre score is required for Meng course i am opting for. I have checked all of these univ websites for requirements but i thought it would be nice that people here with greater knowledge could help me better. Is univ list i have chosen on the basis of my score OK from your point of view or there should be some changes.

GRE is not required....but work experience in the relevent field will be an added advantage..

@inder :-little advice...aoply for carleton univ...and the univ will give u a form and by that form u can apply to univ of ottawa without second application(basicslly fee) it will save your $100.
I did the same.
