need help with accommodation- SENECA @ YORK

i will be joining SENECA @ york, in Sept. Can anyone help me find a room there.

i have responded to some ads on kijiji.ca, but no response when i tell them I am still in India.
is it possible to rent through online??? ???

Yes, but landlords want to learn more about you before they would accept you as their tenants.

Imagine if you are the landlord, you surely want to rent out the room as soon as possible to earn some money.

Yes. Usually, once accepted, landlords will ask you to pay in advance the first and last month rental.

true.. here u gotta pay the first and last month rent. It's the most annoying thing but then at least you know that ur last month rent is sorted.

U should look up the seneca college website for information on accomodation. It's not as easy as said, u gotta do a lot of research before finalizing it.

Do ask for the contract papers before paying up anything.
