my wife lives in edmonton alberta as live in care giver for 2 years after that she applied for permanent residency including me and our daugther. she filled it june 2011, will the new conditional permanent residency measures apply to us? another thing is, she told me when i land in canada we will not live together because she want to devorce, and our daugther will stay to her. can i live in calgary with my relatives without violating any laws? can i go straigth to calgary with our daugther without violating any laws?

I will start off by saying that you are already breaking the law; your relationship has ended, therefore your wife should remove you from her app. However, you have both chose to lie about your situation in order for you to get PR. People like you make the process harder for all of the genuine immigrants. There will be very bad consequences if CIC finds out.

The explanation of Conditional PR very clearly states it doesn't apply to those that have a child in common, so that rule doesn't apply to you.

Yes, you can go to Calgary.

Unless you have full custody granted by the courts, no, you cannot simply take your daughter away from her mother without permission. If you do, your wife could have you charged with kidnapping.

you see, this is why many applications are being rejected. it's because of you guys. So you just want to come to canada right. I badly hope you will get caught and sent back to your country. You are the example of why many people are suffering. Shame on you and very smart of you to come here and ask advice on illegal matter. Sorry but I'm so upset....

If anyone who knows you, decides to report you for any reason, you will ALL probably lose your PR status for misrepresentation. You will probably then have to leave Canada, possibly for good. People are encouraged by CIC to report marriage fraud and they make it easy to be anonymous. The maximum criminal sentence for misrepresentation is five years in jail, or a $100,000 fine.

Just in case there is anyone here who knows you or your wife, this is how to report immigration fraud...

You can report immigration fraud by calling the Border Watch Tip Line at 1-888-502-9060. All information is treated as confidential.

I wish I knew that guy next step for you would have been "denied"
