Need help to start my own business

Hi everyone
I'm 3 years in Canada (alberta) and I want to start new business .
Right now I have incorporate company and I'm working as a subcontructor
I'm planning to sell something in Alberta but first I want to import this product from probably china or other country.
I read a lot of things on cbsa website but is very difficult for me
Can somebody help me ?

To import from China or elsewhere you will need an Import or Business Number , its the same as your GST number but you have to call the CRA to activate it .
I hope you are in to import normal stuff that doesn't require a license , like food etc .

it's pretty easy , all you need is the Cash to get your business running .

Yes you need to call CRA to get an import number .its also called Business number and its same as your GST Number .
I use to self clear all my shipments . but you can have a broker and they'll do the job for you . save you time .

you need a business license , but you said you have an incorporation .
special licenses required for food handling i.e restaurant , Retail needed no special license .
