Hi, am Mohamed a permanent resident landed on October 2012. I came as my fathers sponsorship of his family. I have 2 boys aged 7 and 9 years whom are born in Tanzania. Since I came to came canada they are living and going to school in Kenya. My fiancée is the caretaker in Kenya as their mother deceased since 2009. I am a loyal worker since January 2013 a full time permanent skilled worker. I need help to sponsor them to come to canada with my fiancée whom are all in Kenya at the moment. I am able to take care of all of them. It's very hard for me to be apart from my children n fiancée. Please help me know what process to go through. Thank you.

When you did your own PR application through your father, did you include your 2 boys as non-accompanying dependents, and had medical exams done for both of them?

If so, then you can apply to sponsor them right away.

However the only way you could sponsor your fiancee, is if you were officially married or common-law (having lived together 12 continuous months). There is no "fiancee" category for sponsorship, so unless you are married or common-law you can not sponsor her at this time.

Further to what Rob_TO has stated:

If you did not declare your children in your own PR application, you may not be able to sponsor them at all and may also have jeopardized your own PR status.

Hopefully, you did declare them.
