I have completed BSc Nursing in 2010. And I have more than 2 years work experience. My academic Percentage is 84.27% in bachelor.My ielts score is:
Listening: 8.5
Reading: 9
Writing: 6.5
Speaking: 6

Score in aggregate: 7.5

Am I eligible? And how to apply for the PR in canada?
