Can I migrate with CEFR level C1 in Skilled worker programme ?

I have full time 9 years of work experience in Skilled level A job category.

My overall ILETS score is 7.5 which is CEFR level C1.

Break up of score as below:

Listening - 8.5
Reading - 7
Writing - 6
Speaking - 7.5

Am I still eligible ?
