Need help to know the assessment process.

Dear All senior Brothers:

Seeking your kind advise to move forward to send the educational documents for assessment purpose in CANADA. Is there anyone who can help me to know the application and application tracking system. Here I am describing my situation-

Regarding application system:

What is my understanding from website that I need to apply online for assessment first by a credit/visa etc. But how would I show that I have paid required fee when my former education institute will send the documents for assessment to assessment organization directly? How would they trace?

Regarding the Application tracking system:

1. I have completed my higher School Certificate program (H.S.C) from Chittagong board (another state from graduation one) and I need to request them to send my documents to assessment body directly.

2. On the contrary, I have completed my graduation on Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) which is a different institution in different state in Bangladesh. I need to request them separately to send the documents to assessment body directly.
If you see the above two cases, my educational documents will goes to assessment body in two separate times from two separate locations.
Then my question is how would the assessment body trace that these are all from me and how would I show that required fee has already been paid accordingly?

Would appreciate your earlier help.

After registering and payment WES will provide you a reference number which you need to mention when you or your university will send the educational documents to wes. please be informed that you need to send only the final educational documents which is from BUET.So register with your final educational information on WES website.No need to assess your HSC because a final Degree assessment is enough as you completed a post secondary degree from BUET.
You can take all educational documents to BUET and attested by Controller or registar, there is a form '' request of transcripts'' which need to be filled by you and BUET where you can provide the WES reference number that you would get after paying the fees to WES.
See the required document need from bangladesh on WES website. You need to attested the transcripts and certificates from BUET and send it along transcripts request form in a sealed envalope. and from your side you need to send the final degree certificates in a seperate envalope. You can send both envalope in a same courier.

Dear Brother,
Thanks for your valuable reply. What is my understanding that I need to send two copies one by myself and another one is by Institution?
Please help me little more. Would BUET send directly to WES or I need to collect it in sealed envelop from BUET and need to send by myself. But as per WES it is should be done by BUET directly by using BUET post office code. I am really getting confused. Would appreciate if you can help me by advising little more.
