Need help to get visitor visas for my in laws!

hello there,

My wife who recently landed as a PR in Canada wants to get her parents over to visit us, since we are expecting our 2nd baby in Jan 2018. I need help with how to start the process? Since my wife is a stayed home mother with no employment income (her only income is child tax), can she even apply for visitor visa for her parents from China?

She cannot apply "for a trv for her parents". Her parents have to apply.

You can "help" them fill in the application.

So I can fill out the online application form on their behalf? And I will get them to email me the supporting docs. And I will need to write an invitation letter for them.
They are both not working now. Mother is retired and father just got laid off. They have own a property in China. They have active bank accounts. They have been to Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand on group tours.
I'm currently working full time but my wife is a stay home mom caring for our 19 months old daughter.
Do we qualify to get them here as visitors? Thx

There is no such thing as "qualify to get them here as visitors". They are the ones who have to qualify. They must provide evidence that they can afford the trip, that they are just visiting and that they will leave when their visit is over.

You can help them fill in the docs and assist them uploading them from Canada.
