Need help to get admission in masters for as low as 2.26/4 chpa

Hey I am shehryar.
I wanted to inquire about masters in electrical engineering.
Your help would be appreciated.
My cgpa is 2.26 and i want to know is there any university in canada that would give me an admission on this.
I have also an ielts score of 6.5 with no band less then 6.

I can check it for you. I need some info:
1. do you have any backogs?
2. what is 2.26 cgpa in %
3. IELTS band score individually.

Umm. I dint get what backogs meant.
But if it stands for any incomplete degree or something then everything is completed in my case.
I graduated in 2016 with cgpa 2.26 and if u convert that in percentage then i guess it is around 56 to 58 . I dont know the exact fig here.
My ielts score is 6.5 overall
Listening 6.5
Reading 6.0
Writing 6.0
Speaking 6.5
If you can help me out i ll be in ur debt.
