I am working on completing Generic form for Skilled Worker category, i need some assistance to fill the following questions
1) what do say for question #7 (have you received your Quebec)? its asking yes or no, if we say no then its asking for when we applied something like that, so wondering how to put there if we dont have one or is not applicable to us?
2) In personal details section, its asking UCI? what is that? what to say in that section if we dont have one?
3) In additional family information form, do we need fill all information's in our native language, i mean all names and address in native language? or just all names in native language in additional sheet will be good enough?
it would be great help if you guys could help us on these
