Hello,

I had two years job experience between 1999-2001.According to that basis I applied under skilled workers category in Dec, 2006 at CHC, London.CHC requested all docs in May 2009 and I sent them.I have not received any feedback yet from them.My problem is when I applied my experience was under 10 years time.But this year it will be completed 10 years.CHC is delaying in taking decision and it's not my fault obviously.If chc take decision next year the experience will be 11 years.Can chc refuse my application on that ground?

I think the website clearly says the experience has to be within the last 10 years during the time of application.It never mentions during the time of consideration.

Nope. Just relax and Chill. No reasons for concerns. Your Application is "locked" to that date in 2006 and will be decide by the rules in place at that time.
