Need help restoration

Hi i came to canda as visitor with my family . I submit my work permit application of intra company transfer on jan 19 while staying in canda. Now the application refused and we wait federal court decision . The federal court dismissed it . The lawyer. Saying u should take restoration . I still what to do . When go back to ourhome conutry can we will apply for pmp program or not .

It makes sense the intra company transfer was refused since you were in Canada. I'm not sure I see the point in applying for restoration. It will take a long time and there's no guarantee you will be approved. If you are approved, all that will do is allow you to stay in Canada as a visitor (it won't allow you to work).

Not sure what you mean by pmp program - maybe one of the PNP programs? If so, yes - you can apply from your home country.

Thanks for reply but PNP program I want when I go back to my country . My lawyer say that u should go back and submit work application in your visa officer did not like that u and family is staying in canda. I can stay in Canada up 15 feb after we need apply restoration . Is will effect on passport not.
