Need help! Residential history required!!

Hey I am new to the forum but I had applied for my visa on 19th of april after my medical on 14th of may. I have received a mail regarding submitting additional documents i.e. My residential history since 2006.

Please help me! what type of a document is required and how am I supposes to send this document since attachments via email are not accepted.

check your police certificate duration ? have u included your all resideces since 2006 in address column and from which year ? i m sure ur police cert is creating problem.

I've been residing in the same house since 2003. I think I should send them the sale deed. does anyone know how to send additional docs for paper based?
