I am planning to go on an university sponsored exchange program in UK from September to December. My PR card expire in March 2013, and I already applied for Canadian citizenship in November last year. Technically the PR card won't expire until I come back to Canada, because I think I will be back in January. My questions is that will I be granted the UK visa without renewing my PR card now (I only need a visa that let me stay in UK for less than 6 month) ? Also, if I do come back in January, I should be able to enter Canada with the Mar 2013 expiry PR card right?
