i konw this is silly question but plz i need ur advice. i am graduate from my backhome(india) so i am confused about english proficiency test. because my medium is not english but my degree was in english. so is it okay to apply for citizenship. is there anybody who has same situation. is cic accept that document or i have to given the test. plz give me advice if anybody knows...
