Need help regarding Japan PCC

Hey guys.

CIC has just requested me for a Japan PCC for my wife. She is Japanese, living outside Japan. We are gonna apply for the PCC in a Japanese Consulate in Brazil.

- She emailed the consulate and they said that they only require her to bring her passport.
- CIC website states that she needs the official letter requesting a police certificate from CIC, her passport and her Residency Record (Juminhyo) or a driver's license.
- The district where she lived's police website says that she needs the Koseki Tohon, the current address, her passport and CIC official request letter.

Has anyone had the experience of requesting the Japan PCC? We have to travel to another city to request it, so we can't make any mistakes about the documents we're bringing.
