1. Is this program still live? And how can I apply under this program?

2. Under Express Entry, how to get a job offer (LIMA Supported companies), I have created my Express Entry Profile and also registered on Job Bank in March 2015, but till date I have not got any job offers from an Canadian Employer and the mails which I am getting from Job Bank are relevant to my current profile (NOC: 2281), if apply to those employers, I did not get any response. Till date I have applied to more then 20 Jobs.

Please help.

1. Yes. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/express/express-entry.asp

2. There's really no easy answer. You have to keep applying to jobs you are suited for and hope you get lucky.

Job bank is not fully operational yet. They send me job once in a while and with the skills of IT they send me a job of "Spa Manager". Way off target.

The programme is live and people are getting PR through it.

TO be honest, Canadian employers are not interested in hiring people outside Canada unless those people have special and very unique skills. Besides the job bank isn't up.

NOC 2281 is Network/System Engineer/Administrator/Technician and there are plenty of those in Canada. Getting LMIA requires that the employer prove that no one is available in Canada to do that job so NOC 2281 won't work for that.

What is your EE score?

Thanks scylla and manidhatt :)

@ YamPower: My EE score is very low, it's 348.
My details:
IELTS : R:7 W:6.5 S:7 L:7.5
Education: MBA
Work Exp: 8 yrs
Age: 35 yrs

Can you suggest me please, if I go to Canada through FSWP and then look for a job, will it help me in getting a job?

And also if you can tell me what are the most demanded profiles in Canada related to IT sector?

I don't think finding employment is going to be the problem in your case.

You will have to improve your score considerably to get an ITA. Try retaking your IELTS and aim for at least 8 in L and 7 in R/W/S. That should push your score beyond 400.

All the best!

Hi buddy in IT sector,

Business Analyst, Project Architect, Database administrator, developer, Quality Assurance Analyst, Network and Security Engineers are few on the list.... may be i forgot some but right now I can say this are sure shot in demand according to my experience....

Please target good score in IELTS as PNP is a good route for you if you meet the criteria....
