Need help regarding Express Entry

Hi ,

I have sent the docs to WES and I from India.
I have the score around 342.I am not sure when my turn will come in Express Entry Rounds of Invitations.

So, in order to speed up the process, I am planing to apply from any provinces.

So, is there any province which suits me and offers PNP faster.Also, I am ready to take any sort of advise.

Please help me in choosing the correct path.
Also, my relatives(sister) stay in Canada, just FYI.
