Need Help regarding CLB calculation

Hi, I Need help regarding CLB calculation. My score in IELTS is as mentioned below

Reading -> 8
Writing -> 6.5
Listening -> 7.5
Speaking -> 6.5

As per the chart given on Canada visa site i think my score comes as CLB 8 but my consultant is counting my score as CLB 7
Please help me to understand how is this calculation needs to be done
