Need help! Question about Score Calculation on work hour

I've just been offered a job as a restaurant supervisor. As our restaurant has low season in winter and peak season in summer, my employer said he will give me 30-35hours in winter time while 40-45 in summer time. My average work on a year basis hour will be greater than 40. My job offer states I work 40 hours per week.

My questions are :

1. I only worked for a month and my average week hour for this month is 33 hour per week. I am preparing on registering BC PNP. When I calculate my salary, can I calculate based on 40 hours per week even if I haven't worked for 40 per week so far? It is very important to me!!! Because if calculate based on 33 hour per week, my score is not enough, but calculated based on 40 hour per week, my score is enough!

2. When I am nominated later, BC PNP officer will see my pay-stubs. They will find the work hour showing on my recent pay-stubs is not inconsistent with my job offer. Should I ask my employer to include a explanation of the 40 hours is an average of low season and peak season?

Thanks!!! Really appreciated!!!
